Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-23
By using Creativity Source (造物源) at https://creativity-source.com you agree to these terms. Effective 2026-08-23.
The service
Creativity Source helps you discover public open-source repositories, scores reproducibility, and provides clone commands and download links. We are not the authors of those repositories and do not host their source code.
Browsing the featured catalog is free. A free account is required to see every project. If an optional Pro plan is offered later, its price and benefits will be listed on the Plans page.
If paid plans are enabled, payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Invoices, tax, and some refund rules follow Creem’s checkout, customer portal, and this site’s refund policy.
Accounts and billing
Guests can browse a featured subset without an account. Seeing the full catalog requires registering and signing in. Admin accounts can open the backend to manage visit logs and account permissions. After a paid plan exists, cancellation and billing management will go through the Creem customer portal. After canceling, access continues until the end of the paid period unless Creem or applicable law says otherwise.

Acceptable use
Respect each project’s own open-source license. This site only indexes public metadata and does not grant extra rights in those projects’ code.
Do not attack, scan, or abuse the service. Do not use it for illegal activity, or upload or solicit Creem-prohibited content.
Repository metadata, scores, and setup steps can be wrong or stale. Check the original README before important work. Nothing here is legal, medical, or financial advice.
Ownership
Code, docs, and marks of indexed projects belong to their authors or rights holders. The arrangement and scoring of the index belong to the operator.
Messages you send to support are used only to answer your request.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses from outages, indexing errors, third-party repository changes, or data loss.
If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim, except where a mandatory law says otherwise. If you used the service without paying, liability is limited to the minimum allowed by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
