Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for paid Creativity Source (造物源) plans at https://creativity-source.com. Effective 2026-08-23. Browsing the free catalog does not involve payment, so there is nothing to refund.
Who processes refunds
If paid plans are enabled, payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Invoices, tax, and the actual refund are handled through Creem’s checkout and customer portal. We do not charge or refund cards outside that flow.
How to request one
Email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout, the Creem order or subscription details, and the reason. We aim to reply within 3 business days. If we do not respond in time, Creem may issue a refund on our behalf.
To cancel a subscription, use the Creem customer portal (a link will appear on the Plans page once billing is connected). After canceling, access continues until the end of the paid period unless Creem or applicable law says otherwise.
When we refund
If you paid and we cannot deliver the purchased plan benefits, you will get a refund.
We will work with Creem on duplicate charges, obvious billing errors, and refunds required by applicable consumer law.
Digital benefits already delivered, and unused days after you cancel, are not prorated on this site unless Creem or applicable law says otherwise.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks on Creem transactions are handled by Creem. Contact support first so we can help.
